Home-School Link Worker

My name is Mrs T and I am the Home school link worker here at Ash Green Primary Academy School. My role is to work in partnership with children, parents, carers, school staff, voluntary and public services.

The Home School Link Worker role is tailored to support the needs of your family and your circumstances; The Home School Link Worker can help in many ways including: Enabling parents and children to discuss concerns or worries in a safe and secure environment. Supporting families reacting to change such as parental separation or bereavement. If you feel your child or family needs support, please see this pathway of when and who to get in contact with.

I provide bespoke sessions for our nurture classroom providing children with extra social and emotional skills in this ever changing world.

I am looking forward to getting to know all the families and the children.
