Sports Funding

 

Ash Green Primary Sports Premium Action Plan 2016 -2017.

DFE GUIDANCE: Schools must use the funding to make additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of PE and sport they offer.

This means that you should use the premium to:

* develop or add to the PE and sport activities that your school already offers

* make improvements now that will benefit pupils joining the school in future years.

Outcome to be achieved:       Encourage wider participation in Sports , enhance profile of Sports within school and wider community

In addition to the sports premium Ash Green Primary offers a wide variety of sporting activities.

Children in key stage 2 have a block of 10 weeks swimming during the academic year

Dance for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (during curriculum time)

Fundercats a weekly session for children in our Early Years

Afterschool clubs:            Netball year5 and year 6
